Each artwork is lovingly handmade, taking approximately 5-7 days to complete within a 4-8 week timeframe. As a full-time artist, Valeria accepts only five commissions per month, ensuring each piece receives her full attention and care.

Please note we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland and to the Highlands. For shipping to other destinations in the EU, please contact our Customer Service at sales@alabasstudios.com.
Final Sale Policy. Carrara’s collection of unique artworks and home objects is crafted with the utmost care–from concept to creation. Each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities to ensure exceptional quality, individuality, and lasting enjoyment. Due to the artisanal nature and scarcity of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Packaging & Guarantee: All products are securely packed in cardboard boxes with protective foam casing to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of damage, we offer a guaranteed replacement for any broken item.
If the packaging shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the contents while the delivery person is present. Should you discover any damage to your product during transit, please take clear photographs of the damage using your phone and decline acceptance from the courier.
If your package appears undamaged upon delivery but you discover damage after opening it, please take two clear, detailed photos of the issue. Contact us immediately to arrange a return and secure a replacement for your item where possible.
