Please note we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland and to the Highlands. For shipping to other destinations in the EU, please contact our Customer Service at sales@alabasstudios.com.
Packaging & Guarantee: All products are securely packed in cardboard boxes with protective foam casing to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of damage, we offer a guaranteed replacement for any broken item.
If the packaging shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the contents while the delivery person is present. Should you discover any damage to your product during transit, please take clear photographs of the damage using your phone and decline acceptance from the courier.
If your package appears undamaged upon delivery but you discover damage after opening it, please take two clear, detailed photos of the issue. Contact us immediately to arrange a return and secure a
replacement for your item.
