Final Sale Policy. All sales are final, except in cases of shipping damage, which must be supported with timely and appropriate evidence.

Packaging: Your artwork will be carefully packaged in custom-designed materials and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If the packaging shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the contents while the delivery person is present. Should you discover any damage to your art piece during transit, please take clear photographs of the damage using your phone and decline acceptance from the courier.

If your package appears undamaged upon delivery but you discover damage after opening it, please take two clear, detailed photos of the issue. Contact us immediately to arrange a return and secure a replacement for your item.
