AVAILABILITY & EDITION INFO

Delivery times vary depending on the product. Each lamp is made to order, crafted individually once your purchase is confirmed. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please note we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland and to the Highlands. For shipping to other destinations in the EU, please contact our Customer Service at sales@alabasstudios.com.


Packaging & Guarantee: All products are securely packed in cardboard boxes with protective foam casing to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of damage, we offer a guaranteed replacement for any broken item. 


If the packaging shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the contents while the delivery person is present. Should you discover any damage to your product during transit, please take clear photographs of the damage using your phone and decline acceptance from the courier.


If your package appears undamaged upon delivery but you discover damage after opening it, please take two clear, detailed photos of the issue. Contact us immediately to arrange a return and secure a replacement for your item. 


Please note that only certain products purchased through the Alabas web store are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Customised, bespoke, or made-to-order items – including artworks – are generally non-returnable. Any exceptions or return eligibility will be clearly stated in the product details.


‍Please note that return shipping costs are not covered. Items must be unused in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for taxes and duties, and the cost of return shipping. In the case of a faulty product, we will deduct shipping from your refund.
